Seth is a 2006 graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of moot court and the Technology Commercialization Law Program. He is admitted to practice law in Maine, Massachusetts, and New York. After law school, Seth practiced for several years with a leading domestic law firm in Shanghai, China, advising with capital market matters, inbound/outbound investment, and commercial transactions, as well as numerous common law issues. Before law school, Seth worked as a researcher for a private equity firm in Taipei, Taiwan and, later, as a senior analyst with a telecommunications consultancy in Boston. Seth holds a B.A. in International Relations, cum laude, with a minor in Asian studies from Boston University and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese. He is active in government and civic organizations in his hometown of Bar Harbor and enjoys hiking, boating and traveling with his family.
